DVDs
Over the years there have been a number of DVDs that relate to psychic and/or spiritual matters. Some are documentaries, some total fiction, and others fiction that is based on fact. A number have ended up on our televisions and/or at our movie theatres. Here are a few that you might like to check out.
"Medium" - A fictional T.V. series starring Patricia Arquette, based on the life of an American medium called Allison Dubois. She is what some people may call a "psychic detective". She is married, has three children, and works in the Phoenix District Attorney's office. Through dreams and psychic images/impressions she works out who may have been involved in murders that have taken place in her area. "Ghost Whisperer" - A fictional T.V. series starring Jennifer Love Hewit, based on the work of Mary Ann Winkowski. A medium, born in Cleveland, Ohio, who helps earthbound people to move on to the spirit world (spirit rescues). Here is a You Tube Video of her talking about what she does.

"Minority Report" - A movie starring Tom Cruise and Max von Sydow. "In the future, criminals are caught before the crimes they commit, but one of
the officers in the special unit is accused of one such crime and sets out to
prove his innocence." More DVD info here.
"Ghost" - A movie starring Patrick Swayze, Demi Moore and Whoopi Goldberg. Molly's boyfriend Sam is killed during a botched mugging. He then contacts her, to give her an important message. More DVD info here.
"The Sixth Sense" - A movie starring Bruce Willis and Haley Joel Osment. It involves a boy who sees ghosts, and his relationship with a child psychologist. More DVD info here.
"Dreamscape" - A movie starring Dennis Quaid and Max von Sydow about a psychic who finds out about a government funded project using psychics to enter people's dreams. Killing them in their dreams, resulting in their dying in real life. He decides that he wants to stop this happening. More DVD info here.
"Brother Sun, Sister Moon" - A movie starring Graham Faulkner and Judi Bowker. It is based on the early years of Francis of Assisi and depicts his renunciation of his family's riches to pursue spiritual priorities. More DVD info here.
Though not dealing with esoteric matters, the following DVDs may be of interest to people who are interested in getting a better understanding of the sorts of things that happen in our commercial/political environments.
"An Inconvenient Truth" - A documentary on Global Warming by author, and former (U.S.) Vice President, Al Gore. More DVD info here.
"Enron - The Smartest Guys In The Room" - A documentary about how Enron became the 7th largest U.S. company over a period of 16 years, and became bankrupt in 24 days. More DVD info here.
"The Most Dangerous Man In America" - A documentary about how a high-level Pentagon official and Vietnam War strategist, concluded that the war was based on decades of lies, and leaks 7,000 pages of top secret documents to the press. More DVD info here.
"Erin Brockovich" - A movie starring Julia Roberts, and Albert Finney, about a woman who gets a job with a law firm and goes on to investigate the actions of a multi-billion dollar corporation called Pacific Gas & Electric Company. Finding out that land has apparently been contaminated by hexavalent chromium (by them), and poisoning the residents in the area, results in one of the biggest class action lawsuits in American history.
